LOOOOL
i was never bothered by it before!
bs now im gna be annoyed everytime i go as7ab!
Here's my take on it:
1- Who said ATMs were smart in the first place?
2- I haven't tried it myself in ATMs in Kuwait, but I think you can transfer money between your accounts or to other specific accounts. In which case, having a decimal point would make sense?
Thanks,
nbq
never crossed my mind
but if u use the atm to pay bills or transfer to other accounts or enter checks blah blah , then decimals would make sense :D

I think it may be because they want to make absolutely sure you know how much you are withdrawing.
